EU Responsible Person (Cosmetics)
BlueSky Technical Director, Gwynne Moreley is a qualified pharmacist with over 25 years experience. Gwynne is also the nominated EU Responsible Person for Cosmetic Regulation at BlueSky and compiles and/or undertakes technical reviews of Product Information Files (PIFs) prior to registering cosmetic products via the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) as required by Regulation (EC) 1223/2009. Under EU Law it is a requirement that every cosmetic product placed on the European market must have a designated Responsible Person assigned to it prior to going on general sale. BlueSky are now able to offer cosmetic brands looking to enter the EU market this service.
